Refund policy
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which govern distance selling in the UK, the rules regarding shipping costs for IMM Music Ltd are as follows:
IMM Music Ltd must refund the basic original delivery cost to the consumer if the goods are unwanted and returned within the 14-day "cooling-off" period. IMM Music Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund should the goods not be returned in the same condition and packaging. IMM Music Ltd are obligated to refund the least expensive, standard delivery option. If a customer chose a more expensive option (e.g., guaranteed next-day delivery), IMM Music Ltd will only refund the cost of the standard delivery that would have been available at the time of order.
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning unwanted items.
If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, the consumer's rights fall under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In this case, IMM Music Ltd will be responsible for all shipping costs (both original and return postage).
