Chalklin Bright Tone BR10 Rattan Hard Vibraphone Mallets BR-10H-R. Bright Tone mallets were designed in collaboration between Chalklin and Bell. At the time it was felt there was a requirement in the market for a different style of vibraphone mallet. The core of each Bright Tone mallet is a 28mm ball encompassed by a thin rubber sleeve. Tough thread is then wound around the centre instead of wool which allows the mallet to have maximum attack attributes.
