Vic Firth American Sound 8D Wood Tip AS8D

Vic Firth have great sticks for every different genre. They designed these 8D drumsticks, which are a little longer than the 7As, especially for lighter styles such as jazz. They're made of durably hickory wood and feature a wood tip that allows for a bright and intense cymbal response. The American Classic® line combines tradition and Vic Firth style. With bold designs, the Classics are turned from select hickory — a dense wood with little flex for a more pronounced sound. Hickory is also capable of withstanding a great deal of shock, making it highly durable. The tips are deeply back-cut for intensified cymbal response. A round tip brings increased focus and clarity to the standard 8D model .
